Position: Administrative Support (Acquisition)

Location: Reno, NV

Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Administrative Support (Acquisition).

Job Description:
The candidate will assist  with procurement technician and administrative duties for Contract and Grants & Agreement functions. The work to be performed under this contract requires:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Interaction with the staff, management, costumers (internal and external), and others;
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to safely bend, lift and carry items that weight up tp approximately 50 pounds of weight on less than a weekly basis
Ability to prioritize many complex tasks simultaneously and maintain files in accordance with policy and regulations
Ability to research, interpret and implement bureau policies and procedures
Ability to assist personnel with data input and Financial System functions


Experience:
Previous experience required
Should possess strong oral and written communication skills
Extensive experience with Microsoft programs (Excel, Microsoft, Power Point, etc)
Experience with specific DOI and BLM software is highly desirable (FBMS, SAP, PRISM, EMIS Reporting System)


U.S. Citizenship: Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
